Yep, the night before Thanksgiving! I'll be opening for and sharing the stage with John Coinman, one of Tucson's favorite native sons and a stellar songwriter (and cool human being) whose illustrious career has included many songs in films, plus a longtime place in Kevin Costner's Modern West Band. His rootsy folk-rock sound/vibe is inimitable and I love it. I'll open with a few, then John will take it away. We will join each other on a few, too. One of Tucson's best and fave guitarists, Peter McLaughlin, may be joining us as well! Kick off the holiday, come have a drink and relax with some tunes. If you've got visitors, bring 'em!

Solar Rock is an annual 100% solar powered festival that features local music, speeches from renowned scientists and local leaders, and educational booth displays from area businesses, non profits, and government agencies. This free public event aims to increase public awareness of climate change issues and, in doing so, put pressure on elected officials to prioritize clean energy and strategies for reducing carbon dioxide in our atmosphere. Bands will play from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Olympia Acoustic Music is a volunteer-run concert series bringing outstanding folk and acoustic music to the Olympia area. Performances are intimate, seating about fifty people, and provide the audience with an opportunity to meet and interact with the artists. All concert proceeds go to support the performers. We have featured performers such as Cheryl Wheeler, Buddy Mondlock, and Michael Tomlinson.

In the spirit of "house concerts," we provide "pot luck" refreshments and encourage the audience to bring a pick-up appetizer, dessert or beverage to share before the performance and during the break.
